Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Norge Apps ("we," "us," "our") covering your use of the Job Rounds app and our website at norgeapps.com (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Job Rounds, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Job Rounds

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. Job Rounds is intended for use in operating a business.

2. Your license to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Job Rounds on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

3. Subscriptions, purchases, and billing

Some features require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store — we don't handle your payment details. Pricing is shown in the app before you buy.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies; we generally can't issue refunds directly.
• If we change pricing, the new price applies to future renewals, not your current period.

4. Your data and your responsibilities

Job Rounds stores your customer and scheduling data on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for that data — including keeping your own backups and making sure you have the right to store and use any customer information you enter. We don't keep a copy, so if you lose or delete your device data, we generally can't recover it.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates the rights of others.

5. Scheduling and routing are a tool, not a guarantee

Job Rounds suggests groupings and routes to help you plan more efficiently. These are estimates based on the information you provide. We don't guarantee specific time savings, mileage, travel times, or business results, and you are responsible for your own scheduling, driving, and business decisions. Always follow applicable traffic laws and use your own judgment on the road.

6. Intellectual property

The Job Rounds app, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Norge Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't transfer any ownership to you. The data you enter remains yours.

7. Third-party services

Job Rounds relies on services from Apple (including Apple Maps and the App Store), and uses RevenueCat and TelemetryDeck as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services we don't control.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norge Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply after termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless local consumer-protection law gives you other rights.

13. Apple's role

These Terms are between you and Norge Apps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
